Set sail on Cloud Nine

If you’re planning on spending some time this summer on your yacht, sailing vessel or boat, you may want to consider one important element before you set a course for adventure … your sleeping quarters.

Oftentimes boats and yachts are equipped with not only the strangest shaped mattresses but are also equipped with very uncomfortable mattresses. Verlo Mattress Factory Stores can bring the comforts of home to your yacht or boat with their personalized, custom-crafted designs.

“We can tailor a mattress to suit almost any watercraft – sailboats and yachts,” Verlo Mattress Factory Stores of Fond du Lac owner John Henry said.

Whether firm is the term for you, or you prefer to sleep on a mattress soft as a cloud, Henry is able to craft the perfect mattress just for you at an incredible value.

Henry uses only the finest materials, including Natural Talalay Latex, cotton and memory foam.
“The made-to-order approach has enabled us to cut out the middleman and deliver a seamless, high-quality product to our customer at very reasonable prices,” Henry said.

Henry welcomes a mattress challenge - antique beds, recreational vehicles, boats and yachts, and unique-shaped beds.

“We’ll do it all,” Henry said.

Henry said if customers have specialized mattress needs, he suggests bringing in the existing bed frame or vehicle to Verlo Mattress Factory Stores for a Craftsman to look at. Or, follow these simple steps to measure the bed correctly:
∑ Set up the existing bed, including the frame.
∑ Create a sketch of the existing bed, noting which end is the head and foot.
∑ Measure the width and the length of the bed from inside the frame. It is a good idea to measure the length and width in at least two different places and note any discrepancies on the sketch. Also, make sure to measure right up to the frame. Verlo Mattress Factory Stores will make the proper allowances for customers.
∑ If the bed folds away, be sure to measure carefully to allow for clearance when the bed is closed.
∑ Measure the width and length of the support rails and note these on the sketch, along with any cross braces or other supports.
∑ Measure from the top of the support rails to the top of the sideboards.
∑ Measure the height needed for the new mattress.
∑ Bring notes into Verlo Mattress Factory Stores. They will be happy to build a custom mattress to fit the custom location.
